Further Proof: Not All Fat is Bad Fat!

As we mention in The High School Reunion Diet, not all fat is bad. Which is further supported by a recent article in Weird Science that  defends both salt and fat when eaten in the right way.

We agree, “monounsaturated fats like olive oil lower risk [of heart disease]“. In fact, very few people realize how important fat is to our daily diet. Plain and simple, our bodies cannot function without fat.

It’s the type of fat that you need to watch out for. Stay away from the trans fat and stick to the good stuff – olive oil, fish oil and avocados. It’ll keep you fit and taste delicious.
