The Lists: Broccoli

Here’s another item from ‘Our Lists’. These are food that you should be well acquainted with. Eat them, love them and enjoy!

Broccoli:

Did you know broccoli has anticancer capabilities for prostate and gastric cancer! It’s also loaded with vitamins A, C, K, B6, E, potassium, calcium, folate and fiber!

It’s great fresh or steamed, just be careful about adding on tons of margarine. Instead, stick to true butter (less trans fat = better for you). For preparation techniques and recipes check Broccoli Recipes.net or check in tomorrow for one of our favorite Broccoli dishes.
