Exercise During the Day

The Weight Loss Journal did a fun post on 8 Easy Ways to Exercise Throughout the Day. For those of you already following the High School Reunion Diet keep in mind that exercise helps any weight loss process along, not to mention it makes you feel great along the way.
Here are a few of the 8 tips suggested in the article; almost all of them can be applied to busy work schedules, too :
1. Use Fidgeting – Wiggling your feet under your desk may actually burn some extra calories.
2. Take the Stairs- This one is a no-brainer but it really does help!
3. Use Housework – Did you know one study found that vacuuming ”burns approximately 165 calories per hour for an average 145lb person!”
