Raw Foods?

Just found this article on raw foods- Did you know that ”a boiled potato has 420 more molecular compounds than a raw potato?”

At first that sounds excellent, but according to Natural News, our bodies can’t always digest compounds made through cooking foods. Hence, raw foods can be better for us.

Of course, it’s difficult to get any produce in pure raw form %100 of the time, but it’s easy to integrate small doses of fruts and veggies into your diet sans heat.

For example, try the salad suggested in the article:

“skip the lettuce entirely and can bulk up with a quarter cabbage, two tomatoes, an avocado, and perhaps half a cucumber. With a great dressing, it’ll be delicious…!”

Stay posted for our daily vinaigrette and you’ll be pleasantly surprised how easy it is to make a tasty meal without all the cooking.
