Americans can expect to live 75-80 years, but the end doesn’t always look so wonderful. We have a knack for slowing down and falling apart slowly but surely.
However, another country enjoys 79-80 year lifespans with little to no disabilities near the end. Which country? Japan, and a large part of it has to do with diet.
After all, the Japanese eat around 25% fewer calories during any given day and they eat the foods we love here at the High School Reunion Diet. Fish, veggies and fruits are found in abundance during every meal. Especially fish!
With that sort of portion control and food spread, it’s no wonder the Japanese live long, wonderful lives.
On WebMD you can find more information on the Japanese Diet and how it promotes good health and a slimmer figure. Add in your new knowledge from the High School Reunion Diet and you’ll slim down and shape up faster than you ever imagined!
